Payment must be made by credit card.  

Emailed or faxed registrations will not be accepted
after 4:00 pm Thursday, June 3.
Only onsite registration will be available after that date.

Member of IAPB and/or SIVB:
Early Registration: (September 15, 2009-February 1, 2010) - $575
Regular Registration: (February 2-June 1) - $625
Onsite Registration: (anytime after June 1) - $800

Non-member:
Early Registration: (September 15, 2009-February 1, 2010) - $650
Regular Registration: (February 2-June 1) - $725
Onsite Registration: (anytime after June 1) - $900

Students/Post-docs*:
*All students will be required to show a valid and current University ID at registration. Post-Docs will need to provide a letter from their University stating that they are at the post-doctoral level. If neither is provided at registration, full registration will be required onsite.


Student Early Registration (September 15, 2009-June 1, 2010) - $400
Student Late Registration (Onsite) - $500
Single Day Registration: $250

One Day Fees:
Any One Day: (Fee includes coffee, lunch and registration materials) - $250 US

Membership Fees:
If you elect to join or renew your membership in either IAPB or SIVB during the registration process, please select the “Member” rate when you register.

Join or Renew your IAPB Membership: Non US Rate - $25 US; US Rate - $45 US
Join or Renew your SIVB membership: Non US Rate and US Rate - $160 US




PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

  1. SPECIAL NOTE FOR PLENARY SPEAKERS: If you are a scheduled plenary speaker DO NOT register online. A separate registration form will be emailed to you.
  2. All registration fees are stated in US currency.
  3. If you elect to join or renew your membership in either IAPB or SIVB during the registration process, please select the “Member” rate when you register.
  4. The registration fee includes registration materials, Welcome Reception, coffee, lunches and the Gala dinner.
  5. The MU conference office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, or business check. 
  6. When printing out your registration form and mailing a check, all funds must be drawn on a US bank in U.S. currency.
  7. Pay special attention to the refund deadlines. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing. Prior to April 1 you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between April 2-May 1, 2010 will receive one half of refund of registration fees. No refunds will be provided for any reason after May 1, 2010.
  8. Registration DOES NOT include your hotel accommodations. Please visit the hotel link to reserve your room.

Registration Methods

  1. WIRE TRANSFERS: All payments must be made in U.S. funds. If you do not have a U.S. bank check, you may send the registration fee by wire transfer. For details on how to send a wire transfer please contact Emily Mangano at the MU Conference Office by e-mail (manganoe@missouri.edu), phone +1 (866) 682-6663) or fax +1 (573) 882-1953). If you do not receive a faxed confirmation letter after sending your wire transfer, please follow up by contacting the MU Conference Office prior to the meeting. DO NOT leave for the meeting without your confirmation. A wire transfer fee will be applied to each transaction.

IAPB Financial Aid Request

IAPB is working to secure fellowships based on financial need for students and graduate students. The fellowship can only be used to cover registration fees. Although funding is not guaranteed, students who wish to request assistance may complete and return the appropriate documentation. Please read and follow all directions carefully.
