Member of IAPB and/or SIVB:
Early Registration: (September 15, 2009-February 1, 2010) - $575
Regular Registration: (February 2-April 30) - $625
Late Registration: (May 1-June 1) - $725

Students/Post-docs*:
*All students will be required to show a valid and current University ID at registration. Post-Docs will need to provide a letter from their University stating that they are at the post-doctoral level. If neither is provided at registration, full registration will be required onsite.

Membership Fees:
If you elect to join or renew your membership in either IAPB or SIVB during the registration process, please select the “Member” rate when you register.

Join or Renew your SIVB membership: Non US Rate and US Rate - $160 US


PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

  1. SPECIAL NOTE FOR PLENARY SPEAKERS: If you are a scheduled plenary speaker DO NOT register online. A separate registration form will be emailed to you.
  2. All registration fees are stated in US currency.
  3. If you elect to join or renew your membership in either IAPB or SIVB during the registration process, please select the “Member” rate when you register.
  4. The registration fee includes registration materials, Welcome Reception, coffee, lunches and the Gala dinner.
  5. When registering online, or by fax, you must do so by using a credit card. The MU conference office accepts Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. 
  6. When printing out your registration form and mailing a check, all funds must be drawn on a US bank in U.S. currency.
  7. Pay special attention to the refund deadlines. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing. Prior to April 1 you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between April 2-May 1, 2010 will receive one half of refund of registration fees. No refunds will be provided for any reason after May 1, 2010.
  8. Registration DOES NOT include your hotel accommodations. Please visit the hotel link to reserve your room.
  9. There will be tours offered Wednesday afternoon. You must sign yourself up if you are interested in taking a tour Wednesday afternoon. Separate charges apply and will be reflected separately on your credit card statement.

  2. WIRE TRANSFERS: All payments must be made in U.S. funds. If you do not have a U.S. bank check, you may send the registration fee by wire transfer. For details on how to send a wire transfer please contact Emily Mangano at the MU Conference Office by e-mail (manganoe@missouri.edu), phone +1 (866) 682-6663) or fax +1 (573) 882-1953). If you do not receive a faxed confirmation letter after sending your wire transfer, please follow up by contacting the MU Conference Office prior to the meeting. DO NOT leave for the meeting without your confirmation. A wire transfer fee will be applied to each transaction.

  3. Mail in completed form and check. (Check must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Check or money order should be made payable to "University of Missouri") and mailed to:

IAPB Financial Aid Request
Deadline Extended to March 15, 2010

IAPB is working to secure fellowships based on financial need and quality of submitted abstracts from young scientists, graduate students, post-doctoral associates, and participants.  Awardees will be required to at least display a poster of their abstract at the Congress.  The fellowship can be used to cover registration fees or to aid with travel costs, etc.  Although funding is not guaranteed at this time, students who wish to request assistance may complete and return the following documentation.
